The Battle Turret is the first killstreak for the Engineer class in the last 2 games, the battle turret is a good usage for defending and/or supporting you in battle. The turret only has 10 seconds to fight until it explodes (used to be 8 seconds until the last patch), it may not be effective as the rocket sentry, but it's useful to distract enemy forces. It requires 4 kills.

- When somebody on the player's team uses the killstreak, they will say "Battle turret deployed!" and when an enemy uses it, the HQ will say "Enemy sentry turret!"
