The AKS-74 (Avtomat Kalashnikov Skladnoy 74) is an SMG appearing in both Strike Force Heroes and Strike Force Heroes 2.
Description
Strike Force Heroes
It is an orange and black SMG. It is a cut down AK-74, hence the visual similarities to the AK 47.
Strike Force Heroes 2
It appears, again, as an SMG. It is usable by the Engineer and the Sniper.
Tactics
The AKS-74 is able to support the Primary Weapon quite well with its large ammo clip. Note that almost every single one of its stats are better than the UMP except for range.

Trivia
- In reality, the AKS-74 is a carbine, and not an SMG, indicated by its use of intermediate cartridges.
- The AKS-74s in both games are actually based on the AKS-74U, a shortened carbine variant of the AKS-74.
